ANXIETY & INNER HEALING
A HOLISTC PATH TO REBALANCE THE SOUL

The project for this book began long before it became written

words. It emerged within me as a silent seed, a whisper from the

soul that has been calling me for many years to this journey of

healing, acceptance, and reconnection.

Even before I began my studies in Holistic Therapy at IBRATH, I

already felt this deep calling. I have always wanted to talk about

the pain that so many carry in silence — such as anxiety and panic

— and how we can ease this burden with the gentle gaze of

spirituality, with the subtle touch of Reiki, with the welcoming

scent of essential oils, with the silent force of nature.

Although I felt the need to first launch the book Explaining the

Gospel According to Spiritism — a work that also sprang from my

heart with urgency — this work with holistic therapies has been in

my heart for years. It was matured with love, faith and hope. It is,

in fact, an extension of my being.

Since I was a little girl, I have carried within me an inexplicable

connection with the customs of the Gypsy People. Without even

understanding or having a deep knowledge of spirituality at that

time, I already felt — deep inside me — the certainty that the

natural paths, the simple rituals, the aromas, the stones, the herbs

and the colors held secrets of healing and wisdom.

Everything that involves sharing, the smell of herbs, the dance of

incense in the air, the warmth of a stone in the palm of your hand,

the silent welcome of a hot tea — has always been alive in me as

truth, even when the world still asked me for explanations.

This book is, therefore, much more than a project: it is an act of

surrender and love.

There is a lot of emotion involved, people I love very much suffer

from Anxiety, I myself went through very painful issues, which

greatly aggravated my anxiety; But especially seeing the person I

love most in the world free from this Disorder is what I desire,

what I believe in and what I know I will see happen.

I hope that this book will help so many people who go through

the same pain that anxiety, anguish and fear bring and that they

will be able to rebuild their souls completely.

It is the realization of a dream that was born with me.

May it reach you like a hug from the soul — and may, together,

we be able to open smoother paths to live with lightness, healing

and purpose.

May each one of us, in our deepest essence, discover the Spiritual

Force that pulses within us, a unique flame that lightsthe path and

connects us to what is greater.

This force is not tied to labels or dogmas, but flourishes in the

sacred union between body, spirit and mind, awakening a power

that we all carry, often dormant.

In my journey, more than three decades of studies in the Spiritist

Doctrine have opened doors to understanding the eternity of the

soul, guided by the concept of past lives.

This is how I recognized my visceral connection with the Gypsy

People, a connection that does not explain, but feels; that does

not impose, but welcomes.

This journey is not about pointing out unique paths or absolute

truths, but about inviting you to listen to the call of your own

heart.

May we, together, without judgments or impositions, awaken this

transformative energy that lives in each one of us. It is yours, it is

mine, it is ours — a divine breath that reminds us: we are more

than what we see, we are everything we feel.
